Services / AI Visibility
Know how AI answers describe your firm.
See whether your firm appears in a defined sample of relevant AI answers, what those answers say and which gaps deserve attention.

Ask questions a prospective client would ask.
A useful review starts with the services and markets your firm wants to serve. Branded checks can reveal how the firm is described. Unbranded buying questions can show which firms and sources appear in a comparison. Informational questions reveal a different part of the journey.
We keep those groups separate. A mention in an answer about your own brand is not equivalent to being included when someone asks for a solicitor for a specific matter.
A record you can examine.
Defined sample
The platforms, question wording, geography and repeat-check approach are agreed. The sample should reflect your practice areas without claiming to represent every possible user.
Observed answers
Record the date, relevant answer text, mentions and linked sources. Keep platform context where available so later comparisons have a meaningful basis.
Accuracy and source review
Look for incorrect service descriptions, outdated information and sources that do not support the answer. Separate factual corrections from visibility opportunities.
Prioritised recommendations
Connect each proposed change to the observed issue: clearer service information, stronger evidence, profile corrections or a technical accessibility check.
| Record | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Question, platform and date | Makes the observation traceable to the answer that was sampled. |
| Location and session context | Helps explain differences between repeat checks. |
| Firm mention and wording | Shows what the answer actually says about the firm. |
| Cited URLs and factual issues | Connects the review with source corrections that can be investigated. |
| Action, owner and follow-up | Turns an observation into a page, profile or measurement task. |
Measure three different things.
| Question | Useful evidence | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Was the firm mentioned? | Dated answer captured for an agreed question. | Visibility across all users, questions or platforms. |
| Was a source linked? | The specific linked URL and the passage it supports. | That the platform trusts every statement on the domain. |
| Did it produce business? | Tracked visits or enquiries and intake evidence where available. | That an observed mention caused an instruction. |
Improve the information behind the answer.
Monitoring becomes useful when it leads to better information. We can connect findings to AI Citations work, service content and technical SEO. The work is agreed separately from the measurement scope.
Google states that its AI search features use the established foundations of Search, with no additional technical requirements for supporting links beyond eligibility in Search. Clear, accessible pages matter; a special file or schema label is not a citation guarantee.

Your questions, answered.
Can you put us first in ChatGPT or Google AI answers?
No. AI answers vary by question, platform and context. We offer defined checks, recorded evidence and improvements you can review, not a universal first position.
How is AI Visibility different from AI Citations?
Visibility asks whether and how your firm appears. Citations work focuses on accessible, supportable source information that an answer may link to. A firm can be mentioned without its website being cited.
Can you measure AI search enquiries?
Where referral data and intake tracking are available, we can examine them alongside sampled visibility. Some journeys have no trackable click, so reports should separate observed answers from attributed enquiries.
