A citation needs a useful source.

A page that says your firm is “trusted and experienced” gives little for a reader to verify. A page that explains the work you accept, identifies the responsible team and sets out an approved fee basis provides more useful source material.

We review the facts a prospective client would need to compare your firm. The aim is a coherent public record, with evidence beside the claim it supports.

Strengthen the public information.

Service and entity facts

Review the firm’s name, services, jurisdictions, people and genuine office details. Resolve contradictions between the website and relevant public business profiles.

Evidence and attribution

Connect claims to approved biographies, published work, permissions and original material. Remove unsupported superlatives and results that cannot be substantiated.

Accessible source pages

Check that important information is visible in crawlable page content. Review internal links, indexing controls and structured data that describes the same visible facts.

Citation observations

Where agreed, inspect the URLs cited in a defined answer sample. Record whether the source supports the statement and whether another page would answer the question more clearly.

Keep important profiles and directory entries accurate.

Begin with the firm’s own service pages and a list of relevant third-party profiles. For each source, record the approved business name, actual office details, website destination and services described. Prioritise factual contradictions and broken links over creating more listings.

The agreed scope identifies which entries we can edit with your access, which need a correction request and which remain controlled by a publisher. Keep a change record with the old information, requested correction and live result. A paid listing or correction does not buy an AI citation.

Connect this work with Google Business Profile management where relevant, and use AI Visibility to inspect sampled answers separately.

What a stronger service answer looks like.

Consider a page about residential conveyancing. “Expert property lawyers” is a claim. A clear explanation of the transaction types handled, the responsible people, the information needed for a quote and the firm-approved charges gives the reader something to evaluate.

That improvement helps prospective clients whether they arrive from a search result, an AI answer or a referral. It does not require repeating questions unnaturally or adding hidden blocks for crawlers.

Connect source work to a defined review.

We agree which pages and profiles are in scope, what evidence your team can supply and who approves changes. If a factual correction belongs to a third-party platform, its review and publication remain outside our control.

Pair this work with AI Visibility when you need a repeatable observation record. Use the broader GEO and AEO service to plan how the work fits with search, content and measurement.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered.

Can you guarantee that AI platforms will cite our website?

No. The service improves source information and accessibility. Search and AI platforms choose their sources, and their answers can change.

Do we need a special AI schema or llms.txt file?

There is no special markup that guarantees inclusion. Google’s AI search guidance says no additional technical requirements apply beyond the relevant Search eligibility requirements. We prioritise useful visible content and supported technical checks.

Will you publish our client results?

Only with appropriate permission and evidence. If outcome data is unavailable, a factual description of delivered work can demonstrate experience without implying a measured result.
