The call is 30 minutes. We keep it focused and structured — there is no padding and no sales pitch. We arrive prepared with data on your current visibility so we can spend the full time on insights and strategy rather than background research.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

No preparation is required — we do the research on your firm's visibility before the call. That said, it helps if you have a sense of which practice areas you most want to grow, the locations you serve, and any specific concerns about your current online presence. If you are working with another SEO agency, any context on that arrangement is useful too.

Is there any obligation after the call?

None at all. The visibility review is genuinely free with no strings attached. If we think we can help, we will explain how. Absolutely. If you would like other members of your firm to join — whether that is a fellow partner, marketing manager, or practice area head — they are welcome. In fact, having key decision-makers on the call often leads to a more productive conversation. Simply book as normal and let us know who will be attending.

What if I need to reschedule my call?

No problem at all. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel. We understand that solicitors have demanding schedules and things change. Just give us as much notice as you can and we will find a new time that works for you.

Do you offer calls outside business hours?

Our standard availability is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm GMT. However, we understand that partners and senior solicitors often have packed diaries during the working day. If you need an early morning or early evening slot, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. The call is a genuine strategy session, not a sales pitch. We will share honest insights about your firm's visibility and opportunities. If there is a natural fit for our services, we will explain what that would look like — but there is zero pressure to proceed. Many firms find the call valuable even if they do not become clients.
